Rapportรฉ par Ibn 'Umar : Le Messager d'Allah (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
) a dit : ยซ J'ai reรงu l'ordre (d'Allah) de combattre les gens jusqu'ร ce qu'ils tรฉmoignent que nul n'a le droit d'รชtre adorรฉ en dehors d'Allah et que Muhammad est le Messager d'Allah (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
), qu'ils accomplissent parfaitement les priรจres et versent l'aumรดne obligatoire (Zakรขt). S'ils accomplissent cela, ils prรฉservent leur vie et leurs biens de moi, sauf pour ce qui relรจve des lois islamiques, et leur jugement (leurs comptes) appartient ร Allah. ยป
Allah's Messenger (๏ทบ) said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against
the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped
but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger (๏ทบ), and offer the prayers
perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform that,
then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws
and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah."
