Abรป Hurayrah (qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui) rapporta : Un homme fut tuรฉ du vivant du Prophรจte (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
). L'affaire fut portรฉe devant le Prophรจte (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
). Il remit le meurtrier au tuteur lรฉgal de la victime. Le meurtrier dit : ยซ ร Messager d'Allah, je jure par Allah que je n'avais pas l'intention de le tuer. ยป Le Messager d'Allah (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
) dit au tuteur lรฉgal : ยซ Or, s'il dit vrai et que tu le tues, tu entreras en Enfer. ยป Alors il le laissa partir. Ses mains รฉtaient liรฉes par une laniรจre. Il sortit en tirant sa laniรจre. C'est pourquoi on l'appela Dhรป an-Nis'ah (l'homme ร la laniรจre).
Narrated AbuHurayrah: A man was killed in the lifetime of the Prophet (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
). The matter was brought to the Prophet (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
). He entrusted him to the legal guardian of the slain. The slayer said: Messenger of Allah, I swear by Allah, I did not intend to kill him. The Messenger of Allah (ุตูู ุงููู ุนููู ูุณูู
) said to the legal guardian: Now if he is true and you kill him, you will enter Hell-fire. So he let him go. His hands were tied with a strap. He came out pulling his strap. Hence he was called Dhu an-Nis'ah (possessor of strap).
